Artist

William Bernstein is a Celo, NC glass artist who has been a resident artist and teacher at Penland School of Crafts, and currently sits on the board of the school. William graduated from the Philadelphia School of Art in 1968.  William creates handblown glass forms, often with vitreous enamel, marked by lively shapes and vivid colors.
